I have a Booker T. Washington Commemorative half dollar.

If there is no Mint Mark on the back below the slave cabin does that mean that the coin is a fake? I got it an a local auction.

The Coins that were minted in Philadelphia did not include mint marks. The Denver ("D") and San Francisco ("S") Coins did. The Philadelphia coins are by far the most common of these commemoratives, with over a million minted in 1946 and another half a million minted in 1951.
