Help identify Canada Victoria 10 cent coin

Need help identifying a Canada Victoria ten cents coin- obverse normal but reverse has some sort of design I've never seen before ( no crown, no date). Design very difficult to describe except that it sort of "resembles" the isle of man coin design. Any help in identifying this coin or some lead as to where else to look would be greatly appreciated. Tried the Krause publications for World Coins without success. Thanks. a
