The best you could do is possibly modern coinage from certain countries that lists denomination, years, and mintages. You can find this by visiting a countries site for minting or central bank.

For example. you can visit the Royal Canadian Mints site and copy their entire table into a text or spreadsheet then import that into a database for SQL. http://www.mint.ca/store/mint/learn/10-cents-5300008#.U2TNE1fqWvg
