What you have is not a Canadian Dime. It is a 3 Pence coin from Great Britain (ref KM#797.1) and it was minted from 1902 to 1904. For the year 1902 there were a total of 8,287,000 coins minted which was the highest of the series and most common. The silver content is .0420 ounces.
